കാൽക്കീഴിൽ മണ്ണൂർന്നിറങ്ങും ദിനങ്ങളിൽ 

വിണ്ണിൽ താരകങ്ങളില്ലാ രാവുകളിൽ 

സ്വർഗ്ഗാവകാശികൾക്കിടയിൽ  ഹതാശനാകും 

അമലുകൾ വിരിയുമീ ഉദ്യാനത്തിൽ കള്ളിമുള്ളാകും   

എൻ ശ്രുതിചേരാ പാരായണങ്ങളിൽ

എൻ ആത്മഗതങ്ങളിൽ

നിൻ ദിക്ർ മാത്രം 

എൻ സുജൂദുകൾ വിരളമെങ്കിലും 

എൻ മുസ്വല്ലകൾ ഈറനറിയും     

എൻ ഉള്ളകം നിന്നെ തിരയും 

നീയില്ലാതെ ഞാനുമില്ല

ഞാനല്ലാത്തതുമില്ല 

നീ എനിക്കില്ലെങ്കിൽ

എനിക്കല്ലാതെ ആർക്കുമില്ല 

നങ്കൂരമില്ലാ നൗകയുണ്ടോ
